Breakfast Scramble
A protein-packed breakfast
What came first, the chicken or the egg? It’s an age-old question that seems impossible to answer. After hearing about this recipe, the answer won’t matter and we can thank both the chicken and the egg for providing the ability to remake this classic dish with a modern twist.
Everyone has their own preference on how to make eggs, but I urge one to try something new and experience my favorite way to eat eggs. The idea for this recipe came when I was growing tired of my same routine of scrambling an egg with cheese and frying up a few pieces of bacon. I had decided I’d had enough and began searching for some spice in my life. The spice came with a new and improved take on bacon, egg and cheese.
Scrambled eggs have always been a favorite of mine. But they do tend to get boring from time to time. Eggs are a quintessential part of a good breakfast.
Although they may be the best part of any breakfast, coming up with new ways to spice up a morning routine with eggs may seem more difficult than it actually is.
One of the best things about eggs is their ability to accompany an assortment of foods, ranging from leafy greens to hearty red meats and everything in between. Eggs are such a popular breakfast food due to a wide variety of benefits including high amounts of protein as well as different vitamins and nutrients humans don’t absorb enough of naturally.
